可能な限り、価値基準（愛・自由・平等・民主・平和・人権・誠実・所有権など）は、最大範囲で共有し、意思決定は、最小単位（できれば個人単位が最善）で行う。
この考え方は、自然宇宙の法則に沿うものである。全ての存在は因果の法則に従っている。物理法則や化学法則は時間と空間に収まるすべての物質に適用されている。そして、全ての生命体は、本能に支配されながらも、その行動を個々に決定している。
従い、社会規制（法律など）は、常に、前者の大前提をベースにして、決定するのが良い。

As far as possible, value basis (love, freedom, equality, democracy, peace, human rights, honesty, ownership, etc.) should be applied to the maximum extent.
On the other hand, decisions should be made in the smallest unit (preferably individual unit). 
This idea is in line with the laws of the natural universe.  All beings follow the laws of causality, the laws of physics and chemistry apply to all matter that fits in time and space, and all life forms are controlled by instinct, but their actions are individually determined.
Therefore social regulations (laws, etc.) must always be based on this major premise.
